Mike learning bass Month one

Well, better late than never. I finally decided to learn to play the bass guitar--I've been procrastinating since I was about 15. When Uncle Rick visited, we were talking about it and I finally decided to actually do it. Amazon had this amazing package deal for $130 that included a bass guitar, amp, strap, tuner, and bag.

I've tried about 25 songs, just by ear so far. I've been playing about three weeks, so I decided to post my progress. I play about 10 songs in the video. Nothing too fast yet...
