On Kauai!

We made it to Kauai! The kids were SO amazingly great on the plane. I am so proud of them! The rest of the trip didn't go by so smoothly unfortunately! First off, we drove to Atlanta the night before, so that we wouldn't have to deal with rush hour traffic the next morning. It was a great plan, and we thought we would still have lots of time, but the next morning, it was pouring down rain in Atlanta, and we couldn't find a parking place anywhere! We finally found one, uncovered, pretty far from the gate, so we got soaking wet! Then with all the rush getting from the car to the covered area, we forgot Makenna's booster seat! Then... we got there and shane had a blowout and I had to change his daiper and throw out his jeans! We were a little late and somehow Mike's reservation wasn't showing up. Finally they found it, but none of our seats were together!! What a pain! (we forgot to get boarding passes the night before... bad mistake!) Since we were a little late,they couldn't fix our tickets for us so we had to ask people on the plane to switch seats with us. Finally we found 2 seats together so Mike sat with Shane and I sat with Makenna. This happenned on all our flights! To top it off, our luggage didn't make it on our flight! Luckily it came on the next interisland flight thankfully. PHEW what a day!
