Weekend of Fun

For Mike's 3 day weekend, we drove to Jacksonville, and we all had a blast. We left Saturday morning and we drove straight to the beach, so that Mike could stick his toes in the sand.

We stayed at the jax navy base at one of the cottages.



Later that night, I went to visit my friend Adrienne and her family, who I haven't seen in over 10 years! I met her at PMRF. She hasn't changed. It was a blast. Makenna had so much with all the kids.



The next day, we drove to Mike's old neighborhood, where he lived when he was a kid. We went to his old house and his old school and played at the school playground.






Then we took the kids to A Day of Play. Its a really cool place with an indoor play area, dress up stage, mini store, and lots of other cool stuff. The kids had a great time.







Later that night we saw my friend Adrienne and her family again, and had dinner and dessert.

The next day we had brunch with Mike's aunt rosey and uncle larry. It was really nice seeing them again! We all had a great time.
